新中国成立初期中苏档案教育交往初探

A Preliminary Study on the Exchange of Archives Education Between China and the Soviet Union in the Early Period of the People's Republic of China

中华人民共和国成立之初,是中苏档案教育交往较为频繁、对中国档案教育事业发展影响较为深刻的一段时期。苏联通过派遣档案专家支持我国档案教育教学。在苏联的支持、帮助和指导下,中苏档案教育交往取得丰硕成果,不仅开创了我国档案教育事业的先河,培训了新中国第一代档案管理人才,而且培养了新中国第一批档案师资,翻译编写了符合中国档案工作实践的档案专业教材,为我国积累了丰富的档案人才培养经验。

The beginning of the People’s Republic of China was a period when China and the Soviet Union had frequent exchanges in archives education, which had a profound impact on the development of China’s archives education. The Soviet Union dispatched archival experts to support China’s archival education and teaching. With the support, help and guidance of the Soviet Union, China-Soviet archives education exchanges have achieved fruitful results, which not only created a precedent for China’s archives education, but also trained the first generation of archives management talents, and cultivated the first batch of archives teachers, translated and compiled archival professional textbooks in line with China’s archival work practice, and accumulated rich experience in archival talents training for our country.
