叶适“财患论”探析

Analysis of Ye Shi's Financial Crisis Theory

叶适的财政思想是其经济思想的重要组成部分,其中他针对南宋朝廷的财患问题提出的多篇关于"财政"的论述,更是展现了财政思想之新见。对于南宋财政危机,叶适在其文章中简要阐释了财患的现状,从财政收入和支出的角度详细分析了南宋财患产生的原因,并就其原因提出对策,以期缓解当时国家财政危机,非常具有现实意义,遗憾的是其主张没有得到当权者的重视和采纳。

Ye Shi’s financial thought was an important part of his economic thought, in which he put forward a number of treatises on "finance" in view of the financial problems of Southern Song Dynasty, and showed a new view of his financial idea. As for the financial crisis of Southern Song Dynasty, Ye Shi briefly explained the status quo of finance in his article, and from the perspective of fiscal revenue and expenditure he analyzed the causes of financial crisis in Southern Song Dynasty, and put forward countermeasures in order to relieve the country’s financial crisis at the time. It was of great practical significance, but it was a pity that his idea didn’t get the attention and adoption of the authorities.
