采收期及杀青处理对短梗五加叶羽扇豆烷型三萜及黄酮含量的影响 被引量:2

Effects of harvest time and sterilization on lupane triterpenoids and flavonoids in Eleutherococcus sessiliflorus leaves

摘要 目的研究短梗五加叶主要活性成分含量随采收期及杀青处理变化规律,为确定采收期和产地加工方式提供理论依据。方法采用HPLC法测定不同采收期阴干、杀青处理短梗五加叶样品3种主要活性成分chiisanoside、chiisanogenin和金丝桃苷的含量。结果短梗五加叶中,chiisanoside和金丝桃苷在整个生长发育期内均含有,chiisanogenin仅出现在生长末期,chiisanoside含量最高达9.0%。3种主要活性成分在叶片生长发育期内变化规律不同,阴干、杀青处理也随叶片生长发育期变化表现出不同的规律。结论短梗五加叶采收期宜采取两段式,一段为叶片生长盛期之初即6月中旬,并采用杀青处理;二段为叶片生长末期末段即10月上旬及中旬;若以chiisanoside为主要衡量指标则采用杀青处理,若以chiisanogenin为衡量指标则采用阴干处理。 Objective The present study was designed to investigate the changes of main active components in leaves of Eleutherococcus sessiliflorus with harvest time and deactivating enzymes treatment, to provide theoretical basis for determining the harvest time and production processing methods. Methods HPLC method was used to determine the contents of three main active components(chiisanoside, chiisanogenin and hyperin) in the leaves of E. sessiliflorus. Results In the leaves of E. sessiliflorus, chiisanoside and hyperin were proved to exist in the whole growth period, and chiisanogenin only appeared in the late growth period. The content of chiisanoside was the highest, up to 9.0%. The changes of the three main active ingredients were different during the growth and development of leaves, and the drying in the shade/deactivating enzymes also show different laws with the changes of the growth and development period of leaves. Conclusion The harvest period of E. sessiliflorus leaves should adopt two stages, one is the beginning of the peak growth period of leaves, that is, the middle of June, and the deactivating enzymes should be adopted, and the other is the end period of leaf growth, that is, early and mid-October. If the content of chiisanoside is used as the main index, enzyme inactivation treatment is used, and if chiisanogenin is used as the index, drying in the shade is used.
