摘要
接触网系统和装备简统化是我国铁路发展到一定时期的必然产物,有利于设计、制造、施工和运维等各个环节,目前亟需利用动力学研究手段为简统化腕臂的实际应用提供理论支持。本文以传统腕臂结构和简统化腕臂结构为研究对象,采用有限元计算分析手段对两种结构进行了动态特性分析。研究结果表明:简统化腕臂结构固有频率远高于接触网系统低频颤振频率,位移较大处的频率远大于传统腕臂结构,产生共振的可能性较小;弓网接触瞬时,简统化腕臂结构稳定性和弓网受流质量更佳。
OCS and equipment simplification is the inevitable product of China's railway development to a certain period,and is conducive to all links such as design,manufacturing,construction and operation and maintenance.At present,it is urgent to use dynamic research methods to provide theoretical support for the practical application of simplified cantilever.Taking the traditional cantilever structure and the simplified cantilever structure as the research object,the dynamic characteristics of the two structures are analyzed by means of finite element calculation and analysis.The results show that the natural frequency of the simplified cantilever structure is much higher than the low-frequency flutter frequency of the OCS,the frequency of the larger displacement is much higher than that of the traditional cantilever structure,and the possibility of resonance is small.When the pantograph and catenary contacts instantaneously,the simplified cantilever structure has better stability and pantograph-catenary current collection quality.
