摘要
对时速400 km等级高速铁路接触网系统参数进行分析研究。首先提出了适用于400 km/h速度等级高速铁路接触网的静态弹性不均度、离线率、弓网接触力标准偏差、波动传播速度、反射因数、多普勒因数、增强因数等关键参数的计算方法,完善并建立了时速400 km高速铁路接触网系统参数评价标准。之后利用有限元仿真软件分析对比了接触网结构高度、第一吊弦位置、弹性吊索配置、张力组合、跨距大小等关键参数对静态弹性不均匀度、波动传播速度、接触力标准偏差、离线率等系统评价指标的影响。最后通过对比仿真计算结果并结合工程实际应用,提出了标准跨距60 m、张力组合23 kN+36 kN等多个适合于400 km/h速度等级的高速铁路接触网系统参数的推荐值,实现技术经济性能最优。
At first,the paper puts forward the calculation method of key parameters such as static elastic unevenness,rate of dewirement,pantograph-catenary contact force deviation,wave propagation speed,reflection factor,Doppler factor and enhancement factor suitable for 400 km/h high-speed railway OCS,and improves and establishes the parameter evaluation standard of 400 km/h high-speed railway OCS.Secondly,by using finite element simulation software,analyzes and compares the effects of key parameters such as catenary structure height,the position of the first hanging chord,elastic sling configuration,tension combination and span size on the system evaluation indexes such as static elastic non-uniformity,wave propagation speed,contact force deviation and rate of dewirement.And finally,by comparing the simulation results and combined with the actual engineering application,the paper proposes several recommended values of catenary system parameters suitable for 400 km/h speed level such as standard span of 60 m and tension combination of 23 kN+36 kN to achieve the optimal technical and economic performance.
