摘要
重大疫情时期,大学生成长成熟的外在环境、内在心理、学习方式与行为机理都发生了深刻变化。与此同时,重大疫情也为大学生在大局观、社会性、个体性、知识性等方面的成长成熟提供了特殊情境,其中的外在压力环境与内在自我发展性分别构成了重大疫情时期大学生成长成熟的外生动力与内生动力。这要求立足重大疫情防控工作的特殊性,遵循大学生成长成熟规律,通过社会引导、学校教育与自我教育等方式方法,系统性促进大学生在重大疫情时期的成长成熟。
During the epidemic period,the environment,psychology,learning style and behavior mechanism of college students have changed a lot.At the same time,the epidemic also provides a special situation for college students'development and maturity in terms of overall situation,sociality,individuality and information.The external pressure and internal self-development constitute the exogenous and endogenous motivation for college students to grow and mature during the epidemic period.We shall consider the specificity of epidemic control,attach importance to college student development,and systematically promote the growth and maturity of college students with social guidance,school education and self-education.
