我国公共卫生治理现代化研究

Modernization of China′s Public Health Governance

公共卫生治理现代化作为国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要组成部分,在维护人民身体健康、促进社会稳定发展等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。从公共卫生治理现代化的内涵与外延出发,分析当下公共卫生治理的现状和问题,得知我国公共卫生治理取得长足进步的同时,还存在着应急管理体系效能未充分发挥、公共卫生服务体系仍有待完善等问题。因此,推进公共卫生治理现代化必须要进一步发挥制度和治理的独特优势,汇聚治理合力,相应改革完善我国公共卫生治理体系,不断提升公共卫生治理效能。

As an important part of the modernization of China′s system and capacity for governance,the modernization of public health governance plays an irreplaceable role in maintaining people′s health and promoting social stability and development.From the perspective of connotation and extension of the modernization of China′s public health governance,we have systematically analyzed its current situation and problems.Although China has made great progress in public health governance,there are still some problems to be solved,such as the inadequate effectiveness of the emergency management system,the imperfection of public health service system.Therefore,in order to promote the modernization of China′s public health governance,we should give full play to the unique advantages of system and governance,gather the joint efforts of governance,correspondingly reform and improve the public health governance system,and constantly improve the effectiveness of public health governance.
