高校基层党建工作与业务工作融通并进的实践探索

新形势下,党支部是党组织的“神经末梢”,从严治党落地生根的关键点就在这“最后一公里”.只有推动党建和业务深度融合,党建工作才能找准定位.高校基层党建工作与业务工作之间存在着一定的同频共振性和促进融通性.需要在科教融合的基础上.将科研和教学相互结合起来,保持新渠道的创新性.这就要求我们在实践的过程中,结合自身业务发展特点和党建工作现状,构建出一条科研、教学、党建之间的协同发展路径.

Under the new situation,the Party branch is the " nerve terminal" of the Party organization,and the key point to take root in enforcing strict Party discipline is the "last kilometer".Only by promoting the deep integration of Party building and professional work can the Party building work find the correct positioning.There is a certain co-frequency resonance and harmony between the grassroots Party building and the professional work in colleges and universities.It is also necessary to combine scientific research with teaching on the basis of the integration of science and education,so as to maintain the innovation of new channels.However,in the process of practice,combining with the characteristics of its own professional work and the current situation of Party building,a collaborative development path between scientific research,teaching and Party building has been constructed.Therefore,the main problems to be further explored are put forward,and according to the current situation and important mechanisms,a reasonable integration and practice path are maintained.
