开展自然资源统一确权登记工作是推动生态文明的基础性工作,自然保护地作为自然资源的重要组成部分,准确合理地划分自然保护地登记单元范围能够有效提高自然资源确权登记效率。本文以湖南莽山国家级自然保护区自然资源确权登记为例,详细介绍了登记单元划分的资料收集、资料预处理、登记单元预划分、核实确认的工作流程,并探讨了自然保护地登记单元划分的难点及方法。

To carry out the unified nght and registration of natural resources is the basic work to promote the construction of ecological civilization.Nature reserves are an important part of natural resources.Accurate and reasonable division of the Nature Reserve Registration Unit scope can effectively improve the efficiency of natural resources right registration.Taking the right registration of natural resources Mang Mountain national nature reserve in Hunan as an example,the workflow of data collection,data processing,pre-division and verification of registration units,was introduced in details.The difficulties and suggestions for the division of registration units in nature reserves are discussed.
