业财融合视域下高校财资一体化构建探析

随着大数据和信息化时代的到来,信息技术嵌入社会各个领域,高校也积极承接信息革命所带来的机遇与挑战,充分运用技术和创新工具加速推进智慧校园建设。尤其在疫情防控新常态下,高校更应该推动财务管理向共享化、智能化方向变革,全面落实学党史、悟思想、办实事、开新局的总体要求,推行财资一体化平台设计和管理,更好的实现“数据多跑路,师生少跑腿”的服务理念,促进高校财资融合发展、相得益彰,运用信息技术为高校创造价值,进而提升高校财务工作效率和质量。

With the advent of big data and information age,information technology is embedded in all fields of society.Universities also actively undertake the opportunities and challenges brought by the information revolution,and make full use of technology and innovative tools to accelerate the construction of smart campus.Especially under the new normal of epidemic prevention and control,universities should promote the financial management change to sharing and intelligent direction,implement comprehensively the overall requirements of learning party history,understanding ideas,doing practical things and starting a new situation,carry out the platform design and management of finance and assets integration,implement better the service concept of"data run more,the teachers and students less running errands",promote the development of finance and assets integration and complement each other,and use information technology to create value,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of financial work in universities.
