转向架构架疲劳应力计算与评估

摘要 为评估某低地板车辆焊接转向架构架的疲劳强度,采用ANSYS有限元仿真软件搭建转向架构架三维有限元模型,分别计算母材、打磨的焊缝边缘部位和不打磨的焊缝边缘部位的3组包络线的许用应力,与11种动载荷的组合变化应力相比较,评价构架的疲劳强度是否满足设计要求。结果表明:转向架构架母材和打磨过的焊缝边缘部位疲劳强度满足要求;在转向架构架安全裕量较小的焊缝部位必须打磨才能满足疲劳强度要求。 To evaluate the fatigue strength of welded bogie frame for a low floor vehicle,a three-dimensional finite element model is established by ANSYS simulation software.The allowable stress value of three sets of envelope including base material,polished and non-polished weld edges are calculated respectively,which are compared with 11 kinds of the combined varying stress to evaluate whether the fatigue strength of the structure meets the design requirements.The results show that the base material of bogie frame and polished weld edges can meet the requirement of fatigue strength,but it is necessary to polish on the welding seam of bogie frame with small safety margin.
