可移动式重要病原体高通量核酸检测装备的研制

摘要 研制一款可移动式具有P2+防护能力的智能化核酸检测装备,达到实时快速检测传染病原的效果,并运用人工智能技术实现病原体分类、检测。装备主要集成拭子暂存和扫码、核酸提取、RT-PCR反应加样、实时荧光定量PCR扩增4个工作区,对检测过程中数据进行实时采集、追溯、分析、共享和管理。 Objective: To develop a portable intelligent nucleic acid detection equipment with P2 + protection capabilities to achieve real-time and rapid detection of infectious pathogens, and use artificial intelligence technology to achieve pathogen classification and detection. Method: The equipment mainly integrates 4 working areas for temporary storage and scanning of swabs, nucleic acid extraction, RT-PCR reaction loading, and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR amplification, and real-time collection, traceability, analysis, sharing and management of data during the detection process.
