精神分裂症患者伴发代谢综合征影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of metabolic syndrome in patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨精神分裂症患者伴发代谢综合征的影响因素。方法统计139例精神分裂症患者代谢综合征发生率,并采用单因素分析及多元logistics回归分析探讨精神分裂症患者伴发代谢综合征的影响因素。结果139例精神分裂症患者代谢综合征发生率为19.4%,体质量指数、糖尿病史、高血压史、代谢综合征家族史、病程、服用药物是精神分裂症患者伴发代谢综合征的影响因素(P<0.05或0.01)。结论精神分裂症患者伴发代谢综合征的影响因素众多,应予以有针对性的防治措施。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of metabolic syndrome in patients with schizophrenia.Methods The incidence of metabolic syndrome in 139 schizophrenic patients was statistically analyzed.Single factor analysis and multiple logistics regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors.Results The incidence of metabolic syndrome in 139 patients with schizophrenia was 19.4%.Body mass index,history of diabetes,history of hypertension,family history of metabolic syndrome,course of disease,and medication intake were the influencing factors of metabolic syndrome in patients with schizophrenia(P<0.05 oR0.01).Conclusions There are many factors influencing the metabolic syndrome in patients with schizophrenia,and targeted treatment measures should be actively adopted.
