摘要
目的探讨开展优质护理服务开展以来,西藏自治区195所医院护理人力资源现状。方法采用自设问卷,选取西藏自治区195所医院进行护理人力资源现状调查。结果195所医院床护比达标医院仅为4.62%。结论医院床护比达标率低、护士队伍年轻化、学历水平偏低,缺乏高层护理人员及专科护理人员。医院管理者应落实医院护士配备标准,重视高层人才、专科人才能力提升与培养,提高护理队伍人才质量、服务能力水平、临床护理质量,保障医疗安全。
Objective To explore the status of nursing human resources in 195 hospitals in Tibet Autonomous Region.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the status of nursing human resources in 195 hospitals.Results Only 4.62%of 195 hospitals reached the standard ratio of hospital beds to nurses.Conclusion The ratio of hospital beds to nurses is low.The nurses have a younger age and lower education.The hospital in Tibet lacks senior and specialized nurses.Hospital managers should enhance the nurse allocation standards,strengthen the continuing education in nurses,focus on training of specialist nurses,improve the quality of nursing,and ensure medical safety.
