摘要
在百万高职扩招的大背景下,高职院校应针对退役军人、下岗失业人员、农民工、高素质农民、在职职工及应(往)届毕业生等多样性的扩招学生,深化以因材施教、分层分类教学为重点的教育教学改革,而做好学生学情分析是有的放矢、提高培养质量的重要前提。广州C职院针对扩招不同生源的成长背景、从业经历、学习基础、年龄层次、认知特点、职业愿景等差异性,对学生学情开展深入调研分析,以期为高职院校实现质量型扩招提供针对性的因应策略。
In the context of the expansion of one million higher vocational colleges,higher vocational colleges should aim at diversified enrollment students such as veterans,laid-off and unemployed,migrant workers,high quality farmers,on-the-job employees,and(previous)graduates.Deepening the education and teaching reform should focus on individualized teaching and stratified and classified teaching,and doing a good job in the analysis of students'academic conditions is an important prerequisite for targeted and improved training quality.Guangzhou C Vocational Institute conducted in-depth research and analysis on students'learning conditions in view of the differences of different students'growth background,employment experience,learning basis,age level,cognitive characteristics,and career vision,in order to provide targeted strategies for higher vocational colleges to achieve quality enrollment expansion.
