摘要
新时代背景下,培养青少年学生良好的职业劳动素养是我国高职院校开展职业教育的重要内容。跟岗实习是职业院校实施“校企合作,工学结合”的重要举措,跟岗实习阶段是学生初入职场的起步期,是连接学校教育与企业实践的中间环节。在此阶段构建“四融合四统一”的目标体系,实施“工学结合六标准”的方法举措,设立“四个应知应会应达到”的目标效果评价体系,对于提升学生职业劳动素养,内化职业劳动精神、熟练职业劳动技能、形成良好职业道德习惯、规范日常职业劳动行为都具有很强的理论与实践意义。
Under the background of the new era,it is an important content of vocational education to cultivate young students to shape good professional labor quality.The post practice is an important measure to implement the"school enterprise cooperation,combination of engineering and learning"in vocational colleges.The internship stage is the initial stage of students entering the workplace,and is the intermediate link between school education and enterprise practice.At this stage,the goal system of"four integration and four unification"is constructed,the method and measures of"six standards of combination of work and learning"are implemented.The evaluation system of objective effect of"four should be known and should be achieved"is established.It is necessary to improve students'professional labor quality,internalize the spirit of professional labor,master vocational labor skills,and form good professional ethics habit.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to standardize daily professional labor behavior.
