摘要
就高校“去行政化”研究的内涵、热点进行综述,并对高校后勤社会化改革中其行政管理的内外关系和功能与调整进行分析,提出高校后勤行政管理的运行逻辑应服从高校留住人才,引进人才,服务师生的大局。在以新公共管理提倡的效率为价值取向的基础上,以不牺牲公共利益为前提,将高校后勤行政管理的模式则转向服务功能的凸显。
The research on the connotation and hot spots of de-administration of universities is reviewed,and the internal and external relations,functions and adjustments of the administrative management in the socialization reform of university logistics are analyzed,and the operational logic of university logistics administration is proposed to obey the general situation of retaining talents,introducing talents and serving teachers and students.Based on the value orientation of efficiency advocated by the new public management and without sacrificing public interests,the mode of university logistics administration is shifted to the highlighting of service function.
