行业转型模式下药学研究生培养方案比较

Comparison of Pharmacy Graduate Training Programs under Industry Transformation Model

运用内容分析法,文章从培养目标、招生专业与方向、课程体系与培养环节设置、申请学位要求4个方面对国内58个培养单位药学研究生培养方案现状进行比较分析。结果显示药学研究生培养方案存在4个不匹配现象。各研究生培养单位应关注制药行业发展趋势,依托学校优势特色和行业发展完善培养方案,促进药学学科研究生培养质量的提升。

By the content analysis method,the paper compares and analyzes the cultivation programs of pharmacy master from 58 cultivation units in four aspects of cultivation objectives,enrollment specialties and directions,curriculum system and cultivation link settings,and requirements for degree application in China.The results show that there are four mismatches in the cultivation programs of pharmacy graduate students.The postgraduate training units should pay attention to the development trend of pharmaceutical industry,improving the cultivation program by relying on the advantageous characteristics of the university and the development of the industry,and promote the pharmacy discipline.
