品管圈管理在分泌性中耳炎临床护理中的应用研究

目的探究品管圈管理方式在分泌性中耳炎临床护理中的应用价值。方法选取2017年2月至2019年2月我院收治的26例分泌性中耳炎患者为研究对象,回顾性分析所有研究对象的临床资料,用数字随机分的方法将26例研究对象平均分成对照组和研究组,每组有13例患者,对照组实施常规护理方法,研究组在对照组的基础上应用品管圈管理,对比两组患者的护理满意度、并发症的发生概率、生活质量、焦虑心理、抑郁心理。结果临床护理工作实施以后,研究组患者的临床护理满意度为92.31%,对照组患者的临床护理满意度为53.85%,且研究组患者在治疗与护理后并发症的发生概率更低(研究组:15.38%,对照组:53.85%),两组数据间对比差异明显,P<0.05,研究具有统计学意义;干预后,研究组患者生活质量更高,与对照组相比差异明显,P<0.05,研究具有统计学意义;干预后,研究组患者焦虑心理数据更低,与对照组相比差异明显,P<0.05,研究具有统计学意义;干预后,研究组患者抑郁心理数据更低,与对照组相比差异明显,P<0.05,研究具有统计学意义。结论品管圈管理方式在分泌性中耳炎临床护理中有较高的临床应用价值,能提高患者的护理满意度与生活质量,降低并发症的发生,优化患者不良心理状态,值得进一步推广使用。

Objective To explore the application value of quality control circle management in clinical nursing of secretory otitis media.Methods Twentysix patients with secretory otitis media treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects.The clinical data of all the research objects were retrospectively analyzed.The 26 research objects were evenly divided into control group and research group by digital random division.There were 13 patients in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing methods,and the research group applied quality control circle management on the basis of the control group,The nursing satisfaction,the incidence of complications,quality of life,anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of clinical nursing,the clinical nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was 92.31%,and that of patients in the control group was 53.85%,and the incidence of complications after treatment and nursing in the study group was lower(study group:15.38%,control group:53.85%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);After the intervention,the quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After the intervention,the anxiety psychological data of patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the psychological data of depression in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The management mode of quality control circle has high clinical application value in the clinical nursing of secretory otitis media.It can improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications and optimize the adverse psychological state of patients.It is worthy of further promotion and use.
