心脏彩超左室射血分数与老年多病因心力衰竭临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Heart Color Ultrasound Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction and Elderly Patients with Multiple Causes of Heart Failure

目的分析心脏彩超左室射血分数在老年多病因心力衰竭中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2016年7月至2018年7月收治的1157例老年多病因心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,所有患者均进行心脏彩超检查,将其中左室射血分数正常的585例患者设置为对照组,另572例左室射血分数降低的患者设置为观察组,对比分析两组患者的治疗前后左室射血分数的差异。结果观察组患者的左室射血分数和总有效率均小于对照组患者,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左心室射血分数低的老年多病因心力衰竭患者预后效果比左心室射血分数正常的患者更差,心脏彩超左室射血分数不能作为单一诊断心力衰竭的标准,但是可以作为评定心脏功能的依据,还可以作为监测指标应用于临床治疗中。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of color Doppler echocardiography(CDFI)in the elderly patients with multiple disease-related heart failure.Methods One thousand one hundred and fifty-seven elderly patients with heart failure from July 2016 to July 2018 in our hospital were selected as the study objects.All patients were examined by color Doppler echocardiography.Five hundred and eightyfive patients with normal left ventricular ejection fraction were set as the control group,and 572 patients with reduced left ventricular ejection fraction were set as the observation group.The difference of left ventricular ejection fraction between the two groups before and after treatment was analyzed different.Results The left ventricular ejection fraction and total effective rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The prognosis effect of the elderly patients with low left ventricular ejection fraction is worse than that of the patients with normal left ventricular ejection fraction.The left ventricular ejection fraction of color Doppler echocardiography cannot be used as a single standard to diagnose heart failure,but it can be used as a basis to evaluate the function of the heart,and can also be used as a monitoring index in clinical treatment.
