摘要
目的探讨优质护理模式在心内科危重患者中的康复效果。方法资料选择我院心内科2018年1月至2019年1月收治的62例危重患者,依照数字随机法将患者分为对照组与研究组,每组31例患者,分别采用对患者常规护理与优质护理,对比两组患者护理后临床效果。结果两组患者护理后6 min步行训练患者行走米数显著高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后各时间点患者6 min步行训练米数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度评分中各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的患者治疗后的生活质量评分各项均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理模式在心内科危重患者中的应用效果显著,患者经过护理后心功能恢复,且患者生活质量提升显著,对提高护理满意评分与促进和谐护患关系具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of high-quality nursing model in critically ill patients in cardiology department.Methods Sixtytwo critically ill patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.According to the digital random method,the patients were divided into control group and study group,with 31 patients in each group.Routine nursing and high-quality nursing were used to compare the clinical effects of the two groups after nursing.Results The number of walking meters of 6 min walking training patients in the two groups after nursing was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The number of 6 min walking training meters in the patients at each time point after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing satisfaction in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the patients in the study group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of high-quality nursing model in critically ill patients in cardiology department is remarkable.After nursing,the cardiac function of the patients recovered,and the quality of life of the patients improved significantly.It is of great significance to improve the score of nursing satisfaction and promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
