ICU重症监护室建立人工气道患者的有效护理效果

Effective Nursing Methods for Establishing Artificial Airway Patients in ICU Intensive Care Unit

目的探讨ICU重症监护室建立人工气道的患者进行护理的有效方法。方法将2018年1月至2019年8月来我院ICU重症监护室进行人工气道建立的51例患者作为观察组,将同期到我院ICU重症监护室进行人工气道建立的另外51例患者作为对照组。观察组、对照组分别采用综合护理和常规护理干预,比较不同护理方法所取得的效果。结果观察组患者的护理有效率为94.12%(48/51),对照组为78.43%(40/51),P<0.05;观察组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率为9.80%(5/51),对照组为25.49%(13/51),P<0.05;观察组的重症病房住院时间和机械通气时间明显比对照组短,P<0.05。结论对于ICU重症监护室建立人工气道的患者通过综合护理方法加以干预能提升整体的有效率,降低呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率,并缩短重症监护病房的住院时间和机械通气时间,促进患者更好的恢复。

Objective To explore an effective method for nursing patients with artificial airway in ICU intensive care unit.Methods The 51 patients who came to our hospital's ICU intensive care unit for artificial airway establishment from January 2018 to August 2019 were taken as the observation group,and the other 51 patients who came to our hospital's ICU intensive care unit for artificial airway establishment during the same period were used as the control group.The two groups of patients were combined with comprehensive nursing and conventional nursing,and the effects of different nursing were compared.Results The nursing effective rate was 94.12%(48/51)in the observation group and 78.43%(40/51)in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in the observation group was 9.80%(5/51),the control group was 25.49%(13/51),P<0.05.The inpatient ward and mechanical ventilation time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Interventions for patients with artificial airways in the intensive care unit of the ICU can improve overall effectiveness,reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia,and shorten the length of hospital stay and mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit.
