心理护理在产后神经性尿潴留患者中的临床价值

Clinical Value of Psychological Nursing in Patients with Postpartum Neurogenic Urinary Retention

目的研究心理护理在产后神经性尿潴留患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取在本院治疗的105例产后神经性尿潴留患者作为研究对象,时间为2013年10月至2018年9月,通过随机数字表法,将研究对象划分为A组52例和B组53例,A组采用常规护理,B组进行心理护理,比较两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、初次排尿时间、产后尿潴留发生率。结果B组患者的SAS、SDS评分显著低于A组;B组患者的初次排尿时间明显短于A组;B组患者产后神经性尿潴留发生率低于A组;B组患者护理满意度显著高于A组(P<0.05)。结论在产后神经性尿潴留患者中应用心理护理模式,有助于帮助患者克服焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,使其初次排尿时间缩短,降低产后神经性尿潴留发生率,提升患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To study the clinical effect of psychological nursing in patients with postpartum neurogenic urinary retention.Method Selection during October 2013 to September 2018 to 105 cases of postpartum neurogenic urinary retention in patients treated in our hospital as the research object,through the random number table method,the object of study is divided into group A and group B,52 cases by routine nursing group A,53 cases of group B with psychological nursing,compared two groups of patients with anxiety since the rating scale(SAS)and depression self rating scale(SDS)score,first urination,the incidence of postpartum urinary retention.Result SAS and SDS scores of patients in group B were significantly lower than those in group A.The time of initial urination in group B was significantly shorter than that in group A.The incidence of neurologic urinary retention in group B was lower than that in group A.The nursing satisfaction of group B was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing model in patients with postpartum neurologic urinary retention can help patients overcome negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,shorten the time of their first urination,and reduce the incidence of postpartum neurologic urinary retention,improve patients'satisfaction with nursing work.
