摘要
目的探索人性化优质护理在呼吸衰竭护理中对护理质量的影响。方法选取本院2018年12月至2019年12月收治的呼吸衰竭患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组患者50例。观察组患者男30例,女20例,年龄53~80岁,平均(65.28±1.15)岁;对照组患者男32例,女18例,年龄52~80岁,平均(65.56±1.32)岁。两组患者一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),可进行对比。结果护理后,观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,组间比较差异明显,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在呼吸衰竭患者中实行人性化优质护理,效果良好,能提升患者护理满意度和患者生活质量,改善患者呼吸功能,减少不良反应发生率。
Objective To explore the humanized high-quality nursing in respiratory failure nursing on the quality of nursing.Methods A total of 100 patients with respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.Observation group included 30 males and 20 females,aged 53-80 years,with an average of(65.28±1.15)years;The control group included 32 males and 18 females,aged 52-80 years,with an average of(65.56±1.32)years.There was no statistically significant difference in general data between the two groups(P>0.05),which could be compared.Results After nursing,nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than control group,P<0.05.The score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized high-quality nursing in patients with respiratory failure has good effect,can improve patient nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients,improve respiratory function of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
