吡拉西坦与甘露醇联合治疗脑出血后脑水肿患者的疗效观察及护理

Effect and Nursing of Piracetam and Mannitol in the Treatment of Cerebral Edema after Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的观察在脑出血后脑水肿患者的治疗中采取吡拉西坦联合甘露醇的临床疗效,探讨护理方法。方法选取87例2019年10月至2020年6月接诊的脑出血后脑水肿患者,通过掷硬币分组,43例入A组,另44例入B组,A组应用甘露醇单药治疗,B组应用吡拉西坦联合甘露醇用药,观察疗效差异,统计颅内压变化以及脑水肿体积变化。结果观察临床疗效,B组有效率[90.91%(40/44)]高于A组[74.42%(32/43)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理服务评价,B组满意度[97.73%(43/44)]高于A组[81.39%(35/43)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以吡拉西坦、甘露醇联合用药对脑出血后脑水肿患者进行治疗干预并配合优质护理,可获得更优质的临床疗效,其效果优于单药(甘露醇)治疗,配合针对性的优质护理干预有利于患者的康复。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacyofpiracetamcombined with mannitol in the treatment of cerebral edema after cerebral hemorrhage,and to explore nursing methods.Methods A total of 87 patients with cerebral edema after intracerebral hemorrhage admitted from October 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into groups by flipping a coin.43 cases were entered into group A,and the other 44 cases were entered into group B.Piracetam combined with mannitol was used to observe the difference in curative effect,and the changes in intracranial pressure and brain edema volume were counted.Results Observing the clinical efficacy,the effective rate of group B[90.91%(40/44)]higher than group A[74.42%(32/43)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing service evaluation,satisfaction of group B[97.73%(43/44)]higher than group A[81.39%(35/43)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining piracetam and mannitol to treat patients with cerebral edema after intracerebral hemorrhage and cooperate with high-quality nursing can obtain better clinical curative effect,which is better than single-drug(mannitol)treatment with targeted treatment.High-quality nursing intervention is conducive to the recovery of patients.
