康复护理对阑尾炎围手术期患者的效果

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing on Perioperative Patients with Appendicitis

目的探讨阑尾炎患者围手术期应用康复护理的护理效果。方法选择大连市金州区第一人民医院收治的阑尾炎患者156例作为研究对象,时间为2018年5月至2020年4月,采用随机数表法分为对照组(78例,采用常规护理)和观察组(78例,在常规护理基础上采用康复护理),收集分析两组患者的手术指标、CRP含量、血常规指标和术后并发症情况。结果护理前,两组患者的CRP、白细胞含量比较无差异(P>0.05);观察组患者术后排气时间、下床时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,CRP、白细胞含量明显低于对照组,且并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阑尾炎患者在围手术期间采用康复护理措施的护理效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing in patients with appendicitis during perioperative period.Methods A total of 156 patients with appendicitis admitted in our hospital from May 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into control group(78 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(78 cases,rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing)by random digital table method.The surgical indexes,CRP content,blood routine index and postoperative complications were collected and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in CRP,leukocyte content between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The post-exhaust time,the time of getting out of bed and the time of hospitalization of the observation were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the content of CRP,white blood cells was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the perioperative period of appendicitis patients,rehabilitation nursing measures are adopted,and the nursing effect is remarkable.
