早期护理干预在脑梗死患者语言、肢体康复中的应用

Application of Early Nursing Intervention in Language and Limb Rehabilitation of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的分析早期护理干预对脑梗死患者语言、肢体康复的应用效果。方法从我院2017年9月至2018年9月接诊的脑梗死患者中选82例。按照双盲分组法将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组和观察组患者都有41例。对照组患者按照常规方法提供护理服务,观察组患者早期阶段展开护理干预。分析不同护理方法对患者语言、肢体康复的影响。结果统计护理满意度,观察组患者与对照组具有明显差异,对照组为75.61%,观察组为95.12%,观察组显著于对照组,区别P<0.05,具有统计学意义;所有患者接受护理前的肢体功能评分、语言功能评分以及生活质量评分无明显区别(P>0.05),护理后所有患者的各项指标评分都改善,且观察组患者改善效果更明显,数据差异P<0.05,统计学意义显著。结论为脑梗死患者早期阶段提供护理干预措施,可明显提高患者护理满意度,并能够改善患者语言与肢体功能状态,对提高患者生活质量具有明显的效果,临床应用效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of early nursing intervention on language and limb rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018,82 patients with cerebral infarction were selected.According to the double-blind grouping method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group.There were 41 patients in the control group and observation group.The patients in the control group provided nursing services according to the routine methods,and the patients in the observation group started nursing intervention in the early stage.To analyze the influence of different nursing methods on patients'language and limb rehabilitation.Results There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group in terms of nursing satisfaction,75.61%in the control group and 95.12%in the observation group.The difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of limb function,language function and quality of life of all patients before and after nursing(P>0.05).The scores were all improved,and the improvement effect of the observation group was more obvious,the data difference was P<0.05,statistically significant.Conclusion To provide nursing intervention measures for the early stage of cerebral infarction patients can significantly improve the patients'nursing satisfaction,improve the patients'language and limb function,improve the patients'quality of life,and have significant clinical application effect.
