集束化护理在冠状动脉造影日间手术围手术期的应用研究

Application of Cluster Nursing in Perioperative Period of Coronary Angiography during Daytime Operation

目的研究集束化护理在冠状动脉造影日间手术围手术期的临床应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2020年12月在我院进行冠状动脉造影日间手术的68例患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组各34例。围手术期阶段,两组分别进行集束化护理(试验组)与常规护理(对照组),比较两组术后并发症发生率、生活质量评分及患者满意度。结果经过护理后,试验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组各维度生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠状动脉造影日间手术围手术期中,集束化护理可以减少患者的术后并发症,提高生活质量及患者满意度。还能锻炼医务人员循证思维,证据综合的能力,因此值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical application effect of cluster nursing in perioperative period of coronary angiography during day operation.Methods From January 2020 to December 2020,68 patients undergoing coronary angiography in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 34 cases in each group.During the perioperative period,the two groups were treated with clustered nursing(experimental group)and conventional nursing(control group)respectively,and the incidence of postoperative complications,quality of life score and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During perioperative period of coronary angiography daytime operation,bundle nursing can reduce postoperative complications and improve the quality of life and patient satisfaction.It can also train medical staff's ability of evidence-based thinking and evidence synthesis,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
