全面护理干预在老年性阴道炎患者护理中的价值

Value of Comprehensive Care Intervention in the Care of Senile Vaginitis

目的分析在对老年性阴道炎患者护理过程中应用全面护理干预的效果。方法选取本院2019年1月至2020年1月所接诊的60例老年性阴道炎患者为研究对象,将其中30例开展常规性护理干预的患者作为对照组,余30例开展全面护理干预的患者作为观察组。分析两组的护理干预效果。结果观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理干预前,两组患者的生活质量、心理状态比较无差异(P>0.05);护理干预后,观察组生活质量、心理状态明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组整体治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者在恢复的过程中共计3例患者出现并发症,而对照组则有8例患者出现并发症,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床在对老年性阴道炎患者进行护理的过程中应用全面护理干预用,可改善患者在治疗过程中的心理状态,并提升患者的护理满意度,有助于患者恢复。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing process of senile vaginitis patients.Methods The 60 cases of senile vaginitis patients received in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.Among them,30 patients who carried out routine nursing intervention were used as the control group,and the remaining 30 cases who carried out comprehensive nursing intervention The patients served as the observation group.Analyze the effects of nursing intervention in the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before the nursing intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life and mental state of the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after the nursing intervention,the quality of life and mental state of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The overall treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).A total of 3 patients in the observation group had complications during the recovery process,while 8 patients in the control group had complications,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the psychological state of the patients in the treatment process,increase the nursing satisfaction of the patients,and help the patients to recover.
