舒适护理干预在老年慢性心力衰竭患者护理中的效果

Effect of Comfort Nursing Intervention in Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的分析舒适护理干预在老年慢性心力衰竭护理中的效果与价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月本院收治的130例慢性老年心力衰竭患者,按照入院治疗顺序分为两组,其中65例作为对照组应用常规护理干预,余65例作为试验组应用舒适护理干预,对比两组患者各项指标缓解时间、护理满意度、生活质量、负面情绪。结果经过不同护理干预后,试验组患者水肿消退时间、气喘缓解时间、心率恢复时间较对照组明显短,生活质量量表评分明显优于对照组,负面情绪较对照组明显缓解(P<0.05)。结论针对老年慢性心力衰竭患者采用舒适护理干预能够有效缩短各项指标缓解时间,同时改善生活质量与负面情绪,达到提高患者护理满意度的效果。

Objective To study the effect and value of comfort nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,130 patients with chronic elderly heart failure were divided into two groups according to the order of admission treatment.Among them,65 patients were treated with routine nursing intervention(control group),the remaining 65 patients were treated with comfortable nursing intervention(experimental gruop).Results After different nursing interventions,the edema subsidence time,asthma relief time,and heart rate recovery time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the quality of life scale score was significantly better than that of the control group,and the negative emotions were significantly relieved than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention for elderly patients with chronic heart failure can effectively shorten the time of each index link,improve the quality of life and negative emotions,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
