综合护理干预在预防重症监护室机械通气相关性肺炎患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Prevention of Mechanical Ventilation Associated Pneumonia in ICU

目的分析综合护理干预对预防重症监护室机械通气相关性肺炎患者的干预效果。方法从我院2017年9月至2018年9月重症监护室接收的患者中选104例。根据双盲分组方法将患者分为两组,对照组(n=52)接受常规护理方法,观察组(n=52)接受综合护理干预。分析不同护理措施预防机械通气相关性肺炎的临床效果。结果对照组患者护理满意度为73.08%,低于观察组患者的96.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者IL-6、CRP及IL-8指标比较无差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者的IL-6、CRP、IL-8均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的机械通气时间、住院时间、相关性肺炎的发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将综合护理干预应用于重症监护室患者中,能够提高患者护理满意度,并能够调整患者体内炎性因子,缩短机械通气时间,减少相关性肺炎的发生,临床应用效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the prevention of mechanical ventilation associated pneumonia in ICU.Methods A total of 104 ICU patients were selected from our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018.According to the double-blind grouping method,the patients were divided into two groups.Patients in the control group received routine nursing methods,while patients in the observation group provided comprehensive nursing intervention.To analyze the clinical effect of different nursing measures to prevent mechanical ventilation associated pneumonia.Results The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the control group was 73.08%,lower than 96.15%of the patients in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the inflammatory factors such as IL-6,CRP and IL-8 among all patients before nursing,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the IL-6,CRP and IL-8 of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The mechanical ventilation time,hospitalization time,and incidence of associated pneumonia in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in ICU patients can improve the patients'nursing satisfaction,adjust the inflammatory factors in patients,shorten the time of mechanical ventilation,and reduce the incidence of associated pneumonia.
