Improvement of Disassembly Method of Baffle Cylinder of Finishing Mill Work Roll

针对精轧机工作辊挡板缸常规导链拆卸法存在的问题,研究设计了1套专用拆卸装置,从而改进拆卸作业方法,达到降低拆卸难度、提高作业效率、降低作业安全风险和减轻劳动强度的目的。

A set of special disassembly device is designed aiming at the existing problems in the conventional disassembly method for the baffle cylinder guide chain of the finishing mill work roll.The disassembly method is improved.The purpose of reducing difficulty,improving efficiency and decreasing safety risk and labor intensity is achieved.
