摘要 介绍了变频永磁同步电动机的工作原理。变频永磁同步电动机比常规三相异步电动机运行效率和功率因数有较大提高,同负载情况下能有效降低电能消耗。根据变频永磁同步电动机的运行特点采用“低速直驱永磁电动机+变频器”,取消减速机构,解决了“大马拉小车”等问题,目前已经在水泥行业得到广泛应用。 The working principle of the variable frequency permanent magnet synchronous motor is presented.Compared with the normal three-phase asynchronous motor,its operation efficiency and power factor are greatly improved.Power consumption can be reduced effctively under the same load.According to the operation features of the variable frequency permanent magnet synchronous motor,low speed direct driving permanent magnet motors and frequency converters are adopted and reducer mechanism is cancelled.The problem that the rated power is bigger than required one is solved.Al present,it has been applied in cement industry widely.
