摘要
以薄荷幼苗为实验材料,采用叶面喷施外源水杨酸(SA)的方法,设置SA不同浓度0、50、100、150、200和250 mg/L,在自然低温胁迫下对薄荷幼苗的株高、鲜重、干重、根冠比、绝对含水量、丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性、脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量和可溶性糖含量等生理指标进行测定,研究了外源水杨酸对于薄荷幼苗抗寒性的影响.研究表明:外源水杨酸喷施叶面处理可以提高薄荷幼苗的株高、鲜重、干重、根冠比和绝对含水量,降低MDA含量,提高SOD、POD、CAT酶的活性,增加游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖的含量,从而缓减低温胁迫对薄荷幼苗的伤害,提高薄荷幼苗的抗寒力,对薄荷的种植具有指导作用.
Peppermint seedlingswere used as the experimental material.this study used the method of foliar spraying with exogenous salicylic acid and different concentrations of SA 0,50,100,150,200 and 250 mg/L was set up.the plant height,fresh weight,dry weight,rootshootratio,absolute water content,superoxide dismutast activity,malondialdehyde content,peroxidase activity,catalase activity,proline content,soluble protein content and soluble sugar content were measurde under natural low temperature stress.theeffects of exogenous salicylic acid on the cold resistance of seedlings were studied.the result showed that exogenous salicylic acid spraying leaf surface treatment could increase plant height,fresh weight,dry weight,root and crown ratio and absolute water content,decrease MDA content,increase the activity of SOD,POD,and CAT enzymes,increase the content of free proline,soluble protein and soluble sugar,so as to reduce the damage of low temperature stress on peppermint seedlings,it canimprove the cold resistance of peppermint seedlings,andit has a guiding effect on the cultivation of peppermint.
