骨肉瘤相关基因甲基化研究进展

摘要 骨肉瘤的发生与多种癌基因、抑癌基因有关。DNA甲基化是表观遗传的重要特征,能够引起癌基因的激活与抑癌基因的失活。DNA甲基化是研究骨肉瘤的转移、复发乃至耐药的重要因素之一。研究骨肉瘤相关基因的甲基化,为研究骨肉瘤的发生、转移以及耐药提供理论支持,同时为临床诊断、预后预测和靶向治疗及新型药物的研究提供理论依据。 The occurrence of osteosarcoma is related to a variety of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes.DNA methylation is an important feature of epigenetics,which can cause the activation of oncogenes and the inactivation of tumor suppressor genes.DNA methylation is an important factor in the study of metastasis,recurrence and drug resistance of osteosarcoma.To study the methylation of osteosarcoma-related genes can provide theoretical support for the research of the occurrence,metastasis and drug resistance of osteosarcoma.Meanwhile,it can provide a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis,prognosis prediction,targeted therapy and new drug research.
