胶粘剂拉伸粘结强度试验方法的探究 被引量:1

摘要 胶粘剂在薄抹灰保温系统中,作为保温系统与基层墙体连接的桥梁,其拉伸粘结强度对整个保温系统的安全性、耐久性,起着至关重要的作用。目前,胶粘剂拉伸粘结强度的测试方法,主要采用标准GB/T 29906—2013《模塑聚苯板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统材料》,试件成型时的胶层厚度为3mm~5 mm,浸水试件未明确具体的浸水高度。本文取两份不同生产厂家的胶粘剂产品,分别测试在不同胶层厚度和浸水高度条件下的拉伸粘结强度;对测试结果进行比较分析,粘结强度随着胶层厚度和浸水高度的增大呈先增大后减小,分别在胶层厚度6 mm和浸水高度15 mm时,原强度和耐水强度达到峰值。 As a bridge connecting the insulation system and the base wall in the thin plastering insulation system,the tensile bond strength of expanded polystyrene adhesive plays a vital role in the safety and durability of the whole insulation system.At present,the test method of adhesive tensile bond strength mainly adopts the standard GB/T 29906—2013 《External thermal insulation composite systems based on expanded polystyrene》,the adhesive layer thickness of the test piece is 3 mm~5 mm when forming,and the immersion height of the immersion test piece is not clear.In this paper,two adhesive products from different manufacturers were taken to test the tensile bond strength under the conditions of different adhesive layer thickness and immersion height;the test results are compared and analyzed,the bond strength increases first and then decreases with the increase of adhesive layer thickness and immersion height,when the adhesive layer thickness is 6 mm and immersion height is 15 mm,the original strength and water resistance strength reach the peak value respectively.
