汽车夹层前风档玻璃光学测试方法研究

Study on the optical test methods of the laminated automobile windshield glass

汽车前风档玻璃的光学质量直接影响驾驶人员的视野和清晰度,与驾驶安全息息相关。因此生产后的检测就显得尤为重要。该研究主要分析了汽车前风档夹层玻璃的结构,在研究欧洲经济委员会(ECE R43—2017),中国国家标准(GB 9656—2003、GB 9656—2021),大众汽车标准(TL 957—2018),通用汽车标准(GMW 3136—2020)的基础上,对可见光透射比、副像偏离、光畸变、反射光、颜色识别等实验进行了研究对比,对产品检测有一定的指导意义。

The optical quality of automobile windshield glass directly affects the visual field and clarity of drivers and is closely related to driving safety.So the test after production is particularly important.This paper mainly analyzes the structure of laminated glass for automobile windshield.In the study of ECE R43-2017,China national standard(GB 9656—2003 edition,GB 9656—2021 edition),Volkswagen(TL957—2018) and General Automobile(GMW 3136—2020),the tests of visible transmittance,secondary image deviation,light distortion,reflected light and color recognition are studied and compared in this paper,which has certain guiding significance for product test.
