祛风止痛方联合外敷方治疗风痰阻络型偏头痛的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of Qufeng Zhitong prescription combined with external application for treating migraine with syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals

目的观察祛风止痛方联合外敷方治疗风痰阻络型偏头痛的疗效。方法68例风痰阻络型偏头痛患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组34例。对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊口服治疗,研究组给予祛风止痛方联合外敷方治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、偏头痛综合评分、大脑血流动力学指标。结果研究组治疗总有效率97.06%高于对照组的73.53%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者VAS评分(2.02±0.45)分低于对照组的(3.56±0.41)分,偏头痛综合评分(5.02±1.37)分低于对照组的(7.56±1.41)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者最大峰值流速(41.64±2.16)cm/s、平均流速(28.38±2.46)cm/s均高于对照组的(37.44±2.13)、(23.25±2.52)cm/s,血管阻力指数(0.47±0.18)低于对照组的(0.61±0.13),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论祛风止痛方联合外敷方治疗风痰阻络型偏头痛的疗效显著,能有效的缓解患者临床症状,具有一定的临床意义,值得推广和应用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Qufeng Zhitong prescription combined with external application for treating migraine with syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals.Methods A total of 68 cases of migraine patients with syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules orally,and the research group was treated with Qufeng Zhitong Decoction and external application.Both groups were compared for clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,migraine comprehensive score,and cerebral hemodynamic indicators before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment 97.06%in the research group was higher than 73.53%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score(2.02±0.45)points of the research group was lower than(3.56±0.41)points of the control group,and the comprehensive migraine score(5.02±1.37)points was lower than(7.56±1.41)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The maximum peak flow velocity(41.64±2.16)cm/s and the average flow velocity(28.38±2.46)cm/s in the research group were higher than(37.44±2.13)and(23.25±2.52)cm/s in the control group,and the vascular resistance index(0.47±0.18)was lower than(0.61±0.13)of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qufeng Zhitong prescription in combination with external application has significant efficacy on the treatment of migraine with syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals,and it can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.This method contains certain clinical significance,and is worthy of promotion and application.
