血液透析联合血液灌流治疗肾性骨营养不良的临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of renal osteodystrophy

目的研究对肾性骨营养不良患者实施血液透析联合血液灌流治疗的临床效果。方法80例肾性骨营养不良患者,随机分为研究组和参照组,每组40例。研究组患者给予血液透析联合血液灌流治疗,参照组给予血液透析治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果研究组患者治疗有效21例,一般18例,无效1例,总有效率为97.5%;参照组患者治疗有效17例,一般14例,无效9例,总有效率为77.5%。研究组患者治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对肾性骨营养不良患者实施血液透析联合血液灌流治疗,可有效提高患者的临床效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of renal osteodystrophy.Methods A total of 80 patients with renal osteodystrophy were randomly divided into the research group and the reference group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the research group received hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion,and patients in the reference group received hemodialysis.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results In the research group,21 cases were effective,18 cases were general,and 1 case was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 97.5%;in the reference group,17 cases were effective,14 cases were general,and 9 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 77.5%.The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemodialysis in combination with hemoperfusion for patients with renal osteodystrophy can effectively improve the clinical effect of patients,and is worthy of promotion and application.
