社区营造视角下的城市微更新优化路径

The Optimization Path of Urban Micro-Renewal from the Perspective of Community Construction

在城市建设由增量扩张转型至存量优化的当下,如何做好土地利用的高效化、人居环境的优化及城市更新项目的可持续化是规划界需要思考的重要问题。城市微更新通过对小微空间物质重塑、功能重构促进城市良性发展,对实现上述理想目标具有重要意义。本文首先对微更新概念进行剖析,系统总结了微更新运作中存在的不足。基于对国内外优秀社区营造案例的借鉴学习,提出我国城市微更新全过程应重视基层社区职能的充分发挥,并从我国社区的角度出发,通过社区营造的途径,对我国城市微更新主体参与、职能分工、内容覆盖及运作程序的完善提出优化路径。

The current urban construction is transforming from incremental expansion to stock optimization, and how to do a good job in efficient land use, optimization of human settlements and sustainable urban renewal projects are important issues that need to be considered by planning circles. Urban micro-renewal promotes the benign development of the city through material remodeling and functional reconstruction of small and micro space, which is of great significance to realize the above ideal goals. This paper firstly analyzes the concept of micro-renewal and systematically summarizes the shortcomings in the operation of micro-renewal. Based on the reference to the excellent community construction cases at home and abroad, this paper puts forward that the urban micro-renewal process should attach importance to the full play of the grassroots community functions into. From the perspective of community in our country, by way of community construction, the paper puts forward the optimization path for the main body participation, division of functions, contents and the improvement of the operation procedure of the urban micro-renewal in our country.
