摘要
当前,基于集约高效利用土地资源,各地结合自身发展诉求对创新型产业用地开展了一系列探索。文章对国内典型城市创新型用地政策对比分析,以昆明市为对象,探讨其规划与管理实践,主要包括创新型产业用地的适用范围、准入条件、审查机制和地价管理等,并提出产业用地的政策创新建议,以期为创新型产业用地的应用提供借鉴。
At present, based on the intensive and efficient use of land resources, various regions have carried out a series of explorations on innovative industrial land based on their own development demands. The paper compares and analyzes the innovative land use policies of typical domestic cities, taking Kunming as the object, discusses its planning and management practices, mainly including the scope of application of innovative industrial land, access conditions, review mechanism and land price management, etc., and proposes innovation suggestions for the policies of industrial land, with a view to provide a reference for the application of new industrial land.
