遵义市凤凰山文化广场使用后评价

Post-Occupancy Evaluation(POE) of Fenghuangshan Cultural Square in Zunyi

城市广场是体现城市生活文化的重要部分,是提供市民精神娱乐的载体,在提升市民幸福感与城市活力等方面起到不可或缺的作用。本文以遵义市凤凰山文化广场为例,依托使用后评价理论,采用行为观察法、问卷分析法和访谈法对遵义市凤凰山文化广场使用人群和行为活动进行调研和评价。在此基础上提出改造策略,以期为城市广场的建设提供有益的借鉴。

City squares are an important part to embody a citys’ life and culture, and are a carrier of spiritual entertainment for citizens,and play an indispensable role in enhancing citizens’ happiness and urban vitality. This paper takes Fenghuangshan Cultural Square in Zunyi as an example, based on the post-occupancy evaluation theory, and uses behavior observation, questionnaire analysis and interview methods to investigate and evaluate the population and behavior activities of Fenghuangshan Cultural Square in Zunyi. And on this basis, the reform strategy is proposed in order to provide a useful reference for the construction of urban squares.
