土木工程施工质量管理及安全管控对策研究

Study on Construction Quality Management and Safety Control Countermeasures of Civil Engineering

土木工程施工是现代城市建设的重要组成部分,对项目建设总体质量起着决定性的影响。我国正处在城市化建设进程的快速发展期,人们对土木工程施工项目的质量标准和技术要求越来越高,建设施工难度也越来越大。只有做好土木工程施工项目的质量管理和安全管控,才能保障广大消费者和劳动者的合法权益不受侵害,保障人民群众的生命财产安全。本文针对我国目前土木工程施工中普遍存在的施工质量监管不力、安全管控措施不到位等突出问题,研究并提出行之有效的质量管理手段和安全管控对策,为未来城市建设高质量发展提供有力支持。

Civil engineering construction is an important part of modern urban construction, which plays a decisive role in the overall quality of the project. China is in a period of rapid development in the process of urbanization. People have an increasing demand on quality standards and technical requirement for civil engineering construction projects, and the construction is becoming more and more difficult.Only by doing a good job in quality management and safety control of civil engineering construction projects, can the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and workers be protected, and the safety of life and property of the state and the people are guaranteed. In view of the prominent problems of " weak supervision of construction quality and inadequate safety control measures" in the current civil engineering construction project in China, this paper studies and puts forward effective quality management means and safety control countermeasures,so as to provide strong support for the high-quality development of future urban construction.
