摘要
本文通过对我国建筑节能设计标准、相关文献,以及敏感性分析相关资料的研究,尽可能全面地发现影响拉萨地区商业建筑能耗的多个因素,并根据现阶段实施的节能设计标准中的限值范围与实际调研情况对单个因素的取值范围进行界定。同时,以拉萨地区商业建筑节能最优和建筑经济投入收益最大化为目的,利用正交试验法和边际效益理论对建筑被动式节能技术进行研究分析。运用控制变量法对各因素对商业建筑能耗的影响进行模拟分析,对模拟结果数值分析后与节能设计标准中的取值范围进行对比,确定当地建筑围护结构设计参数敏感性范围,为建筑节能规划的研究提供参考依据与方法借鉴。
Through the study on Chinas’ building energy-saving design standards, related literature and information related to sensitivity analysis, this paper identifies as comprehensively as possible the multiple factors that affects the energy consumption of commercial buildings in Lhasa area, and defines the range of values for individual factors according to the range of limit values in the energy-saving design standards implemented at this stage and the actual investigation conditions. With the aim of maximizing energy efficiency and economic input returns of the commercial buildings in Lhasa, the orthogonal test method and marginal benefit theory are used to study and analyze the passive energy saving technology of buildings. The impact of each factor on building energy consumption is simulated and analyzed with the control variable method, and the numerical analysis of the simulation results is compared with the range of values in the energy efficiency design standards to determine the sensitivity range of the envelope structure design parameters of local building. It provides reference basis and method reference for the research on the energy-saving planning of the buildings.
