The Manufacturing Process and Assembly Method of the Structure Design Competition Model for College Students

大学生结构设计竞赛模型的制作工艺往往决定着模型能否载誉而归。本文介绍了结构模型中常用构件截面形式,总结了空心杆件和实心杆件的制作工艺,进一步归纳了结构模型节点的外侧连接、内侧连接及凿孔连接工艺,提出了结构模型主体的插入式套筒装配和插入式套筒消栓装配等连接方式及工艺。归纳总结的模型制作与装配工艺可为大学生结构竞赛参与者提供参考。

The production technology of the Structure Design Competition Model for College Students often determines whether the model can be returned with a full load. In this paper, several sections of components commonly used in structural models are introduced, and the manufacturing technology of hollow and solid bars is summarized. The outer side connection, inner side connection and drilling connection technology of structural model nodes are further summarized. The connecting methods and processes of the main body of the structure model, such as the insertion sleeve assembly and the plug elimination assembly of the insertion sleeve, are put forward. The summarized model making and assembly process can provide a reference for the participants of college students’ structure competition.
