我国装配式建筑发展问题及应对建议研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Development of Prefabricated Buildings in China

本文主要分析我国装配式建筑发展所存在的问题并提出针对性建议。通过阅读既往文献资料,结合笔者学习经验,先总结当前我国装配式建筑存在问题,包括造价高、施工难度大、运输不便等。再结合我国装配式建筑的发展现状和特点,探讨了装配式建筑存在的问题,并提出了相关的解决方案。主要建议包括:加强宣传与政策优惠力度,加强对施工现场的监督管理,完善优化技术体系、培养人才。通过对这些问题进行相应的处理,以期更好地促进装配式建筑的发展。

This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the development of prefabricated buildings in our country and proposes targeted recommendations. Through reading the previous literature, combining with the author’s learning experience, the paper first summarizes the current problems of prefabricated buildings in our country, including high cost, difficult construction, inconvenience transportation, and so on.Combined with the development status and characteristics of prefabricated buildings in our country, the problems of prefabricated buildings are discussed, and related solutions are proposed. The main recommendations include strengthening publicity and policy concessions,strengthening the supervision and management of construction site, improving and optimizing the technical system, and cultivating the talents.Corresponding measures are taken to solve the problems to better promote the development of prefabricated buildings.
