摘要
‘盐丰47’是辽宁省累计推广面积最大的水稻品种,其粒型偏短圆、垩白度较高。而目前,长粒型粳米由于外观品质优异受到消费者喜爱,其商品价值也较高。针对上述问题,本研究通过分子标记辅助选择结合花药培养技术,将源于籼稻的GS3长粒等位基因导入到‘盐丰47’中,并进一步开展改良品系与‘盐丰47’产量、外观品质、加工品质及营养食味品质的比较。结果表明,通过分子标记辅助选择结合花药培养,5个携带GS3长粒等位基因的品系被成功创制,其中改良系-5的外观品质优于‘盐丰47’,产量水平接近‘盐丰47’,而加工品质及营养食味品质与‘盐丰47’相比无显著差异。上述结果为粳稻外观品质改良提供了理论依据及优异种质。
The japonica rice cv’Yanfeng47’,which had the largest promotion area in Liaoning Province,holding the feature of high yield production,short and round grain shape and high chalkiness degree.However,the long-grain shape rice variety has been more and more preferred by consumers because of the excellent appearance quality.Aimed at solving this problem,long-grain allele of GS3 was introduced into’Yanfeng47’utilizing molecular marker assisted selection combined with anther culture technology.Further,the comparison of yield components,the appearance quality,milling quality and nutrition and eating quality was contracted between’Yanfeng47’and the improved lines carrying GS3 allele.The results showed that five improved lines with GS3 allele were obtained successfully,and the improved line-5 had the superior appearance quality compared with’Yanfeng47’,its yield was slightly lower than’Yanfeng47’,but the milling quality and eating quality had no significant differences compared to’Yanfeng47’.All the results provided a theoretical basis and core germplasm for the appearance quality improvement of japonica rice.
