摘要 为实现远程调节空气悬架的高度、压力等参数,提高调试效率,本文采用基于蓝牙的无线通信方法,以MC9S08DZ60单片机为核心器件,设计了一种基于蓝牙的电控悬架远程调试控制器。设计包括硬件设计和软件开发,硬件部分包含DZ60芯片模块、HC-05蓝牙模块、CAN通信模块和电源模块的设计,软件部分包含通信协议制订和底层应用程序开发。经实车测试,所设计基于蓝牙的控制器能够远程调节空气悬架高度、压力等参数,并且系统电路简单、稳定性好,满足大部分用户对电控悬架的远程控制需求。 In order to remotely adjust the height,pressure and other parameters of air suspension and improve the debugging efficiency,this paper uses the Bluetooth communication method and takes MC9S08DZ60 as the core device to design the remote debugging controller of electric suspension based on Bluetooth.The design includes hardware and software.The hardware includes DZ60 chip,hc-05 Bluetooth,can communication and power module.The software includes communication protocol formulation and bottom program development.After the real vehicle test,the controller can remotely adjust the air suspension height,pressure and other parameters,and the system circuit is simple and the stability is good,which can meet the remote control needs of most users for the electronic suspension.
