蒙脱石和酵母多糖对T 2毒素的吸附效率研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究常用霉菌吸附剂蒙脱石(Montmorillonite,MMT)和新型饲料添加剂酵母多糖(酵母β-葡聚糖G70、甘露糖蛋白、酵母细胞壁)对T-2毒素的吸附效率,为蒙脱石和酵母多糖在饲料生产中的综合利用提供理论参考。采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定T-2毒素含量,在蒙脱石和三种酵母多糖中添加T-2毒素,通过吸附前后T-2的含量得到T-2毒素的吸附量和吸附率,并分别考察了不同吸附时间、不同pH和不同温度下三种酵母多糖对T-2毒素的吸附量和吸附率,通过结果评价蒙脱石和酵母多糖对T-2毒素的吸附效果。蒙脱石和三种酵母多糖对T-2毒素均有吸附,蒙脱石的最大吸附率为87.10%,最大吸附量可以达到1.80μg/mg;三种酵母多糖中酵母细胞壁吸附率最高,37℃、pH 3.0、吸附2 h可达45.61%;吸附时间和pH对吸附效果影响显著,温度对吸附影响不明显。最佳吸附时间为2 h,超过2 h后吸附率变化不大,并会有所下降;pH 3.0时的吸附率明显高于pH 6.8。蒙脱石和酵母多糖对T-2毒素均有一定的吸附作用,在饲料中添加蒙脱石和酵母多糖制成复合硅铝酸盐霉菌吸附剂可有效减少饲料中T-2毒素的含量,为饲料生产企业和禽畜养殖业提供行之有效的脱毒方法。 The adsorption efficiency of T-2 toxin by common adsorbents,such as montmorillonite(MMT)and new feed additive-zymosan including yeast β-glucan G70,mannoprotein and yeast cell wall was studied to provide scientific basis for comprehensive utilization in feed production.High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was performed to determine the content of T-2 toxin added to MMT and three zymosan.The adsorption capacity and adsorption rate of T-2 toxin under different adsorption time,pH and temperatures were investigated to evaluate the adsorption effects by MMT and zymosan before and after adsorption.T-2 toxin could be adsorbed by MMT and zymosan.The average adsorption rate of MMT was 87.1% and the adsorption capacity was 1.80μg/mg.The adsorption rate of yeast cell wall was the highest among the three zymosan reached to 45.61% with 2 h,pH=3 and 37℃.The optimal adsorption time was 2 h,and the adsorption rate did not change much beyond 2 h.The adsorption rate at pH 3.0 was significantly higher than that at pH 6.8.The adsorption effect was prominent of MMT and yeast cell wall on T-2 toxin.The content of T-2 toxin was reduced effectively by adding montmorillonite and composite aluminosilicate mold adsorbent made of zymosan in feed,which providing an effective detoxification method for feed manufacturers and livestock breeding industry.
