摘要
试验旨在探讨在饲料中添加乳酸菌和(或)三丁酸甘油酯对克氏原螯虾生长、氨基酸沉积率及消化酶活性的影响。选取体重为(4.39±0.01)g克氏原螯虾幼虾320尾,随机分成4组。Ⅰ组为对照组,其余组在基础饲料中分别添加0.2%乳酸菌粉(Ⅱ组,2×10^(9) CFU/g)、0.1%三丁酸甘油酯(Ⅲ组,10%)、0.2%乳酸菌粉+0.1%三丁酸甘油酯(Ⅳ组)。结果显示:Ⅱ组增重率、特定生长率、蛋白质效率和肝体指数显著高于其他组(P<0.05);除天冬氨酸外,氨基酸沉积率Ⅱ组显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。饲料中添加乳酸菌可提高克氏原螯虾生长性能,促进饲料氨基酸的沉积,增强消化酶活性;单独添加三丁酸甘油酯或混合添加乳酸菌及三丁酸甘油酯未见明显的促生长效应。
The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with Lactobacillus and/or tributyrin on the growth performance,amino acid deposition rate and digestive enzymatic activity in Crayfish,Procambarus clarkii.A total of 320 Crayfish with an average body weight of(4.39±0.01)g were randomly divided into four groups.Group Ⅰ was the control group.Others were prepared by adding 0.2% Lactobacillus(Ⅱ,2×10^(9) CFU/g),0.1%tributyrin(Ⅲ,10%),0.2% Lactobacillus+0.1% tributyrin(Ⅳ)on the basis of the control group.The results showed that:the body weight gain,specific growth rate,protein efficiency,hepatosomatic index and activity of digestive enzymes were improved significantly in treatment Ⅱ(P<0.05);except aspartic acid,the other amino acid deposition rates in group Ⅱ were remarkably higher than those of other groups(P<0.05).In conclusion,this study showed that dietary supplementation with lactobacillus might improve the growth performance,intestinal digestive enzymatic activities and muscle amino acid deposition of Procambarus clarkii;no obvious growth promoting effect could be confirmed by adding triglyceride alone or combined with addition of lactobacillus.
